I had an incredibly unprofessional experience with this company. They cold-called my personal cell phone on the "do not call" list without consent, blatantly disregarding FTC regulations. To make matters worse, the representative was unprepared for my questions related to their offerings when asked. Instead of walking away after the initial solicitation call, the sales rep doubled down with a follow-up email that highlighted his lack experience and unpreparedness, violated the CAN-SPAM Act, and also had the audacity to scold me for how I handled the unsolicited outreach. All this from a cold-call rep who has been insurance licensed less than 15-months. If this is how they treat potential customers on their unsolicited outbounds calls, I can’t imagine how they handle actual clients locke

Unfortunately, ZERO isn't an option. Insurance Agency Marketing Services (Brent) has the most foul mouth ever. I am positive that Athene would not tolerate knowing his mouth and actions towards Athene claims. Steve Murray lied saying he would phone me back with resolution on why Brad was so rude and insensitive and could never guide my $100k investment with Athene. I requested Charles M. Heuring to phone me as next steps. I plan to follow up with NC Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission complaints accordingly.

I have used IAMS almost exclusively for years because they are experts, they always pick up the phone, and they treat me as if my business matters to them, like they are part of my team. Steve, Kris, Sandy, just to name a few, are just extraordinary people. Twice now IAMS has brought me to Nebraska to take part in their excellent workshops, and paid for the entire trip, including my gas. Who does that?! Talk about top notch!
