Wish someone would have kept they're word. I've paid for entire year of my policy and wanted my paperwork from it. Nothing. Still haven't received it. Been almost entire year!!! Update. Owner made good progress and got my papers sent I asked for. Although he did do what I asked tried to make me feel it was my fault.
