Worst company ever, my grandparents passed and to get their insurance payment it's taken me 4 years of calling them, every time I call it's like I have to start at the beginning of the process. They then switch me to different departments 3 times and I have to start at the beginning each time. I've spent probably 100 hours on the phone over the past 4 years and I still am not through with the claim. I've sent them notarized paperwork 3 times. I'm starting to think it's setup this way so they don't have to issue payouts. And almost every time I speak with someone they speak such poor English with a thick foreign accent I can barely understand them. I asked a representative to help me with retirement planning. They ended up completely misleading me, misrepresenting one of their products, and signing me up for something that is not a affective retirement product at all. They signed me up for a VUL that charges $100 per month in just admin fees, which was never disclosed. I was informed that this would function just like any other 401k or investment product, I can pay as much or as little into it as I would like, and it would grow in a mutual fund for me to take out whenever I need it. Their big selling point to me was that this also includes life insurance as an added benefit, but they never said that most of the money I pay into it is going to pay towards that insurance and admin fees. Still on the phone waiting on a representative took an hour and a half to get through their terrible automated phone system that is designed to not have to talk to you. Did have a representative briefly but they disconnected. Anybody that provides service this bad you need to run away from as fast as possible

No one to Answer the Phone at the corporate office. I'd give them a minus one star for this. corporate America has shipped out to India or Philippines.
