Reed was good at first but failed to tell me that an inspection was going to happen and waited until after I got the insurance to let me know an internal and exterior inspection was going to happen and was "required". Also took many, many tries for me to get online to set up autopay as their system did not work correctly and neither Reed nor the actual insurance company could get it fixed after numerous calls to them to help me. After the inspection was done, they required 3 things to be fixed. I asked them for more time over and over because in the summer esp, it is hard to find help in Vermont to do any kind of work. They are short on workers everywhere. They ended up canceling my insurance because they would not extend even though I asked for more time. I had gotten 1 item done an

I needed an executor bond and I called expecting to start some long drawn out process that would take days or weeks. It was completed over the phone with a credit card and immediately the paperwork was sent via email. Great, friendly, professional service.

Ryan is excellent to work with. Found the best coverages to meet my needs and brought suggestions for additional items I had not thought of.
