After spending 6 weeks and many, many hours on the phone with an online insurance company looking for supplemental medicare coverage, we decided to give Greg Carlson a call at State Farm. We’re so happy that we did! We met with Greg for an hour at his office and left with the exact Medigap plan that I was denied by the online company. I would like to make sure ALL State Farm customers are aware... So, I've been a State Farm member for a while but never experienced such hospitality. Ultimately, I wasn't aware that we had individual agents. I recently spoke to a guy by the name of Jake Nelson to figure out opportunities to save money on my car insurance. I will say... He took the time to thoroughly go over my Coverages, Deductibles, and a few discounts State Farm offers. I would recommend Jake to anyone looking for insurance or any assistance!

Very happy with my experience at State Farm Insurance on Marlboro St in Keene. My goal was to find a cheaper rate for auto insurance. I first filled out an online questionaire and then spoke to Jacob Nelson, office representative, via telephone. Jacob completed my forms and gave me a quote within 15 minutes. The price for the same coverage was much lower so I completed the forms the next day in the office and switched from Progressive to State Farm. Jacob was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I give him a five star approval rating. Great experience!

My Agent has been superb to deal with. I've known Jake Nelson through coaching basketball locally now for over four years. He has what I refer to as "An Athletic Mentality" with regard to his customer base. He is proactive in his approach to advising his customers....if there is any possible improvement in coverage, or a way to save the customer some money, I hear from Jake.
