The adjusters bounced me around and wouldn't do their jobs until I called their manager. If you are the victim of one of their drivers, you will need to call them daily and get their manager involved if you want any results.

Terrible, they threatened to cancel my homeowners policy if I didn’t have trees trimmed that at least 15 feet away from my roof. Then I had them trimmed at no small cost to me and then they canceled my policy anyway because of 2 previous claims that I had no control over and of which they had proof that the contributing problem was fixed. Absolutely inferiorating. Run.

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They make you jump through hoops, constantly try to cancel or adjust your policy to make them more profits, and have awful customer service!
