I recently switched to State Farm and worked with Nicole. She made the process easy and made sure I understand the coverage I'm paying for. She didn't pressure me and was so easy going .. it felt like we could chat for hours. I'm happy with my decision to switch and even more happy with my decision to go through Nicole!
