Started working with Scott’s agency just under two years ago. Like most people insurance is not something that I have paid much attention to and took out policies as needed. Having an agent take a holistic view of your needs, risks, and blindspots has been tremendously helpful. Additionally, understanding how life insurance not only protects my family, but is a key, tax-efficient part of my retirement plan was a bonus. Customer service at Scott’s agency has been second to none. In the case of Scott’s agency, they take the Family in American Family Insurance seriously.

I have been a long time customer of Scott, and for good reason. He’s professional, honest, and most off all - has the heart of a teacher. If I don’t understand something within my policies, he will take the time to make sure I do. I would highly recommend Scott for all your insurance needs.

Customer service is absolutely amazing. No issues ever with my payments or billing. Scott owens and Sue are amazing!!!! They are always there when my family needs them. Always explains things perfectly and truly cares about us and our lives outside of just my ins carrier!
