We have American Family insurance and was trying to get in touch with my agent:Ryan Keena Got an answering service with a directory that was a joke...so I left my name and number hoping for a call back..then I received a call from:Cheyenne Knorr from customer service and she was very helpful in walking me through what American Family was doing by updating policy numbers ,just to bad the main office drops the ball when telling hard working people about the changes to the company main framework to make it easier for them....they should have contacted all their customers first...this was totally unexpectiable and made it harder for so called paperless...she took care of us very professionally and I am very grateful for that,she also emailed us and now we have all are policy's update, she also

Part of my review is about AmFam going down hill as a company, but while this office is reasonably professional, they can be tough to get in touch with at times. The staff isn’t capable of directly providing answers or able to research a question and will at times just say “I don’t know”, which is again possibly a corporate issue, but something I found a bit concerning and confusing since I work in insurance.

I just opened a salon and needed insurance. Wendy was so helpful and quick to taking care of me. Thank you so much!

After many years of using mayhem insurance, we changed to Am Fam. The service by Julie and team at Keena & Associates has been incredible. Super quick response and a very educational style consultation which i appreciate. And the best of all, we're saving about $2K per year for same, and in some cases, better coverage for car, home, motorcycle and umbrella! So glad we switched!!! No more mayhem!
