Good experience with claims during a tornado. They made sure I was covered and paid off.
What an incredible team!! My car broke down on Sawmill Rd and I was hungry, broke, and confused on what to do. A gentleman on a motorcycle had BBQ he gave me some wings and cornbread. How awesome??? He then said he works at Germain Insurance and will get some more help to get me off the busy road. Shortly after I felt my car moving and it was a former football star from Tiffin University, a D3 football team, push me into a safe parking lot. I was now burdened with time to pass and another guy at Germain Insurance gave me a quote and saved me $500/yr on insurance!! Thanks guys!!!
I run into some problems that I need cancel my insurance, they never pick up the phone call except once a representative doesn’t help out anything and hangs up.

They went out of business, transferred me to another agent and never told me.
