Alex Ottney - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have had them for years- for home, auto, and boat insurance. They are super friendly, very responsive, and detail oriented. 5 stars all day!

I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at this State Farm office that I felt like I should. Chase was the one who helped me out, and he was awesome—super down to earth, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. I came in mainly to talk about coverage options for my motorcycle, and he walked me through everything clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me lock in a solid policy that actually fits my needs. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure people are protected. Highly recommend stopping in if you want to deal with someone who knows their stuff and treats you like a person, not a number.

Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. When I was looking for a life insurance policy Alex took time to explain the different life policies they offer and was patient when answering all my questions.

I highly recommend Alex and his team! Not only are they knowledgeable and friendly, but they actually care about helping their customers. When I was in a pinch, they came to my rescue and provided me with quotes and set up my policies all in the same day. I've never experienced this kind of dedication from an insurance agency before. I'm incredibly happy to be doing business with Alex as I know I'm in good hands.

Darryl and Chase were both wonderful to work with. We got a quote in minutes and all our questions were answered thoroughly and promptly. Alex invited us into the office so we could meet the team, which was nice as well. Highly recommend.
