My daughter lives in Germany but owns property in Ohio and Horizon writes the policy for her. She needed some information to be emailed ASAP for a closing and Mara and Brian got the job done in minutes, even though it was very close to closing time. They saved the day once again. I reached out to Horizon after being dissatisfied with my policy from one of the big companies. My rates kept climbing while the service seemed to decline. A day or so later, I had a new quote that was far lower than my current rate and was actually a better policy for my home and cars. They work quickly to resolve any issues I have ever had. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have taken care of all of my insurance needs for 20 years and I can't imagine better service anywhere.
