Glad to be back with a great company. Bought a truck yesterday and was on hold for over 2 hrs with my insurance company trying to add my new truck. Talking to a computer is not how to keep my business. So I went back to State Farm.. I walked into the Alum Creek office and was greeted by Yvonne.. ( a real human being) she took very good care of me. She was polite, professional and had a great sense of humor. Oh yeah very knowledgeable about policy as well….. I walked out with coverage immediately. Some insurance companies might be able to save you a few dollars, but if you want quality and service go see your closest State Farm agent. Thank you again Yvonne

These people are amazing! My mom originally recommended State Farm when I was shopping for some new car insurance, then said I should switch to Renee Starr's office when I was randomly assigned an agent I didnt know. Ive had an amazing experience ever since! I typically talk to Emily in her office. She is extremely easy to contact, very communicative through the whole process, and is very down-to-Earth and transparent on what can be a very confusing thing for some people. She helped me find the right coverage without trying to push me into something that would cost me unnecessary money in the long run. 11/10, will always recommend
