Worst dealing with on auto claim. One of there insured drivers totaled out my vechicle. Then takes over a month to get a number from them. Then low ball you. If I needed the vechicle asap this would have been really bad still not settled out just to replace my vechicle. I advise to stay far away from this company.

I believe this insurance is one of the worst insurance in the United states when it comes to the accident. They stress you look ke having another accident with them. They created the own false information in order to avoid not get any help from them after the accident. I am regretting to have this insurance. They have evil customer service and supervisor.

I am going to keep this as simple as possible, just don't. You want to save money? You won't in the long run. There is a reason they have to price out competitors. I was in a non-fault accident. I had to call the other persons insurance to get reimbursed. I had to negotiate my payout for my totaled vehicle. At no point in time, did I feel representated. The other persons insurance even felt bad for me. The worst part is, the driver that hit me had no license or registration, and I'm pretty sure they filed that as me, or so their paper work with over a $1,000 premium increase says. As soon as I got my renewal, I left and saved money. Never looking back.

Trying to pay them is like beating your head against a wall. You're better off finding an agent that will pick up the phone

Extremely rude and condescending employees. Was rear-ended by one of their clients. They were supposed to pay for a rental. The repair shop ordered the wrong part. When I called concord to inform them of the delay, I was told it was my fault and I would now need to pay for the rental.
