Terrible customer service. This branch will not answer your calls unless you say you want to start a new policy. My agent of two years had no idea who I was. They increased my policy even though I had no recent accidents and only one claim for standard broken glass. When I tried to file my claim for the broken glass the office was closed and I had to pay the money up front myself (because I had no other option, I couldn’t drive around with a broken back window). The app also has a glitch and I was not allowed into my account for many months, resulting in additional fees, cancelling auto pay and other payment problems. Would recommend literally anyone else for insurance——I got a new policy with State Farm for half the price as my allstate policy.
