I've been with Jim's office for over 15 years for home and auto. I have always received great service from him and his staff. I highly recommend his office.

They were just fantastic and they did great service each time me and my family called. Lilliana was amazing and very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

You will never find a more vindictive ins company. I changed my car insurance to another company, they cancelled my house ins without telling me. The only reason I found out because I was sent $100 check refund, I called they said it was too far past the cancellation date even though I never cancelled it. Now I have pay 232 hazard ins to my mortgage for 1 month. They could've ruined my life had something happened to my house in that month.

The team is professional, efficient, and takes the time to answer all your questions so you leave fully satisfied. I also love how they decorate their office for every season—the fall decorations were beautiful on my last visit!
