Well its been 3 months and the repair shop called , they haven't received any payment. Hard to deal with. I wouldn't recommend. We hadn't had a claim in 15 years and a turkey vulture flew out in front of us Terrible to deal with

Absolutely horrendous excuse for an insurance company. Claimed they “Never received payment” on my life insurance policy and versus contacting me after 17years of payment on this policy, they cancel it and send me paperwork to “request to reinstate” the policy. Completed all the necessary paperwork and emailed it to the included email address THEY provided because I couldn’t trust their mail courier…waited 2 months and never heard from them so contacted them and they claimed to never receive it and also stated the provided email isn’t monitored. The representative gave me their email and I provided them all the documents via email. They acknowledged receiving and stated they would upload. It’s been 2 more months since then and I can’t get any answers and the representative won’t respond to

Started out as an incredible company that I raved about to everyone. As an insurance rep I can honestly say that the service has devolved into a shell of what it once was. Rates are comparable to other carriers but pray that you don’t need to file a claim!

Got hit by a vehicle, policy holder did not give us her valid info. Had to get it from safeco. I was given an adjuster name, claim ID and whatnot. 7 days after accident occurred and I still have not recieved any call back or response. The initial driver this person hit hasn't been reached out to either. I don't understand why it's so hard to contact the right people.

We just purchased a home and their rates were good. 1 months are purchasing someone came out to look at the house. After another month they send us a 2200 dollar increase due that month. If you’re in the market for insurance I would advise against Cincinnati
