Nationwide Insurance: Armando Arredondo

This insurance company is not a good insurance company to go with. We had full coverage insurance, and did not cover an accident and not giving us our money back after paying car insurance Every month on time they said they would get back with us to pay us money back because it did not cover us, but never did, and we have called every day for a month and a Half It's Armando Arredondo's company. my husband has spoke with him a couple times and he says he will get back with him but never does

I do not recommend this company, they are a fraud, apart from that they have a terrible customer service, a year ago my brother was hit and we had the car insurance with them, the police officer who attended the collision was very racist and blamed my brother even though he had been hit, the young woman who hit him did not make any claim with the insurance company and she covered her own damages because she knew it was her fault, Armando Arredondo's insurance company did not want to lift a single finger to help repair my brother's car, my brother had to bear the costs of the car repair that exceeded 4500 dollars.
