I have been with them for years; auto home and life insurance. They keep increasing my auto insurance claiming its a state wide increase. You would think the longer you stay with a company the more they appreciate you. They told me that a manager will call me to see if there is any discount and I have been calling for days and no one answers the phone!!!! No accidents, payment on time and they are still trying to drain me for more money because they can!!! No other reason!!!!

Irresponsible insurance company I have been insured with them since 2015 with no issues until I claim. It’s been two weeks now I have been working with them about my car. Nobody cares you.They values money only not you. They have been negotiating for $2 per hour for labor charge, body shop said that they drop their wage rates from $78 to 60 and then I negotiated with collisions center and willing to drop to $58 but they don’t want to raise from $56 to $58, which they have been saying customer/client is responsible for differential. That means I need to pay out of my pocket. Since I have full coverage & have been paying them since 2015 until now. I should be responsible for deductible amount only. They just suck your money but never provide better service or quality service just be aware of

Where do I start??? Doug and his staff are absolutely awesome to work with!!! They have saved me and my family thousands of dollars by switching to them over the years and I couldn’t be happier with the services they provide! The staff gets back to me immediately if I ever have an issue or a question and they make filing a claim super easy and just about stress free! They definitely recognize how important claims are to their customers and they take a customer-first approach and ALWAYS look out for their customers best interests even before their own!!! Truly an amazing firm and I proudly recommend them to all my friends and family!!! 10/10 highly recommended!!! Definitely give them a call!

Have been trying to file a claim with them for over a year. They Never answer the phone or have someone to talk too. They raised my rate $50 out of nowhere for no reason, and i have recently been calling to cancel with them. Still no phone to be answered or call backs. I don’t know how a business functions like this and would advise never insuring your vehicles, let alone anything through them.

So happy to have switched to american family. We were forced into a company I did not like upon buying our first house. Switched to am family a year later and saved more money. They also heavily discounted their policy during peak covid which was really nice. A year after switching the new home had some plumbing issues and the issue was covered thank goodness!! Brittany was the one who helped me switched companies initially and suggested additional coverage which is why it was even covered in the first place. She helped me set up the claim and was super responsive. The number you can text for help is actually her and not an automated system. When trying to set up a repair the scheduling rep for claims, Sam, was almost unresponsive so I just had Brittany help me again and made everything el
