Shelter Insurance - Dwayne Hunter

Had shelter for 4years had no problems until I transferred to Ohio found out it was cheaper to make my payment online because they wouldn’t return my call or answer the phone when I finally did I asked was my payment received because it was $100 less then the $225 I had been paying to the office I was told it was received and she wasn’t sure why it was different fast forward the next month I pay online to find out this month in November I was canceled no phone call no nothing I have to find a new insurance company on thanksgiving what!!! Do not recommend this Agency, if you are transferring after calling customer service And them telling me I had to find a new insurance company. I don’t recommend shelter at all!

I’ve had Shelter for years and the customer service doesn’t disappoint. I’ve had to file a claim and Mr. Hunter and his staff made the process easy and flawless. He also made sure my grandfather and I had the best discount for our policies. I highly recommend Dwayne Hunter’s services for your insurance needs.

This is the worst company I have ever had to Deal with. They Don't return your phone calls. It take for ever to get your claim settled. They give you the run around about everything.
