The staff, I'm surprised, didn't lock the doors when I pulled up. I kept them that busy with changes. They went above and beyond their duties satisfying my ever changing policies and coverage. I've had my home, autos, watercraft, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles insured through TIA for over 30 yrs. They've helped keep my premiums, claims and deductibles at fair market rates. The staff has changed over the years but their supurb service hasn't. Love you guys big!!

TIA has amazing customer service! David Penoli is exceptional and answered all my questions and was patient and kind! He’s very knowledgeable in his role and was more than willing to help me through any issues I ran into! He was able to find me a better rate than what I was already paying! Will be using them/him for all my insurance needs moving forward!
