She worked with me to review my Auto and Renter’s insurance coverage needs while also listening to my concerns about cost. She was excellent & did her due diligence to go over all my needs and reviewed what I have on existing policies with another provider. I found out my auto was NOT adequately covered. She went over her policy coverage & rates to cover my car much more than adequately. Lisa was always customer oriented (always sensitive to my needs), she listened. Lisa is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and has an excellent ability for details. She NEVER tried to pressure me to get a sale. I’m definitely glad to be returning back to State Farm.
