Steve Ernst - State Farm Insurance Agent

Horrible experience with Paraskevoula (Ms. V). I purchased a policy online, received a call to confirm some details however the call turn into an upselling conversation. I mentioned multiple times I’m not interested in anything else but Ms. V kept going back and fourth with an attitude. When I asked a question she stated “if you let me do my job” which was a very rude comment. Policy ended up going up by over $100 a month. Such a scam, bait and switch place.When I asked to canceled and not proceed I was told “there’s nothing we can do since you did it online.” This is ridiculous as they are my “agent” Do yourself a favor and find a new agent as Steve clearly doesn’t care who he employs or cares about his customers.

As others have said, they're impossible to get ahold of. They never answer the phone, return calls, take forever to answer emails, etc. Simple things like quotes or changes the app requires you call them, which, they never answer, so maybe, if you're lucky, they'll contact you the next day. Ended up going through progressive for cheaper, and they're so much easier to deal with. I have been with progressive before and never once had to call my agent over multiple years. Monthly payment is also consistent, unlike here where it would vary month to month.

My husband and I recently moved to Arlington Texas and had to change agents since we're from another State. I loved my State Farm agent in Washington and after some quick research I picked Steve Ernst's office. It took 3 days for someone in his office to follow up with me and the quote I received was incomplete. I asked additional questions and 6 days later, I still have no response. I don't have the kind of time to babysit people to do their jobs and wait for a response. I've requested that I be transferred to a different State Farm agent in the area, one who values my time and business. I've been with State Farm for more than 15 years and expect a higher level of service and response from my agent. Clearly, my policies are a blip on Steve Ernst's radar since he never picked up the
