Not even sure how to start! I signed up Auto and Home insurance with an amazing person at this agency and gave her raving reviews. But then I was introduced to Anthony Givens about the Motor Club for roadside service. From his first words, everything was positive, upbeat, informative and best of all - no pressure!! He answered all of my questions, sent me literature, followed up, etc. Exceptional personality and customer service!

Anthony’s extensive knowledge, patience, kindness, and unwavering commitment to fulfilling his promises are truly commendable. It’s evident that he finds joy from his work and genuinely cares about people. In a world that often lacks such qualities, Anthony stands out as a breath of fresh air.

Purchased insurance with Leslie Cooper, and Anthony Givens from Dhyana Newton Allstate agent, and had a lot of questions that they were able to answer with no hesitation and lots of confidence! I had an Awesome experience with Leslie Cooper. And Anthony Givens when they were very efficient, professional and courteous and explained it all to me in a way we understood! Basically they are the Best & you should realize what a wonderful employee you have! They were patient, kind and answered all my questions. They made switching my insurance very easy while saving me time and money. They are a prime example of what exemplary customer satisfaction is and is a great asset to the company. I have no complaints about the service rendered or the price to receive the service. I am very pleased with the ease of renewing my policy and the information provided before the policy renews.
