Sent in HO and auto information for renewal, I guess they use some sort of algorithm to price , sent back a competitive quote but 1/2 the value of my HO, requested a re-quote at higher valuation never heard back, Can’t recommend this agency in Sherman as I detect a major hoodwinking going on with the insurance company they are a managing general agent of… TFB is a for profit MGA, not good for the consumer

Recently switched over to Texas Farm Bureau Insurance in hopes of getting a lower rate without having to lower my current coverage I had with State Farm. I was very surprised with what I was quoted and decided why not save some money. There were other coverage's I needed added to my policy and that again was as simple as it comes. We sat down with Justin Lacey who was simply pleasant, respectful and very informative. He was willing to go into detail and answer any questions I had regarding my policy. I would definitely recommend anyone in the Texoma Area looking for new coverage to touch base and see what they can offer you.

Website and app are crap. They don't allow you to do anything. Prices for policy are extremely high, plus a yearly fee just to have the policy. Not worth it. Trust me they just want money. They don't care about customers.
