Kim is a great agent, she's very friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. Was recently involved in a fender bender and had to file a claim for the first time, Kim was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Farmers responded to my claim in less than a week, let me pick out my body shop, and I had my car as good as new less than a week after that. Overall a really great experience.

Dealt with the agent Kim at this location. Very professional and fast with answers to any questions I have had. If she is not available when you call, she will call back in under 30 minutes. Explains the policy and coverage very well. Premiums are competitive, and if any discounts are available, she will find them and apply them. Other insurance agents I have dealt with in the past would not help in this way unless the insured asked, and Kim at this agency will go above and beyond to get you the best rate possible. 5 Star Rating for sure.
