Called to ask a question. Holly was OUTSTANDING!!!! Informive, to the point, she enunciated every word so there was zero misunderstandings.
I paid for a full years home insurance then canceled my old home insurance. A week later Allstate canceled my insurance. This left me with no home insurance. I called David and got no help in fixing this problem and no return phone calls. Don't wast your time with this insurance company.
We always receive excellent care with the Vogel Agency!
The staff here are always polite, friendly, and super helpful. Bradley is always super honest; he will let you know if they can beat your current rate or not. Hard to find that level of integrity these days!
