This is absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. I used to work with Chris which was great but the new team is a joke. They literally screen phone calls. I can't even get them on the phone to cancel my insurance plan. I'm literally paying for insurance I don't need and god forbid I have a question about my coverage. I would avoid this place at all costs if you like time and money but if you want to waste either or both then this is the place for you.
