We bought an old farm house on 70 acres. They told me that we needed to fix some roofing and siding, so we spent a lot of money and time doing this. The adjuster comes out to look at the house again and gives us a very weak excuse for not being to insure us. They were not transparent, we did what they asked of us, and finally didn't insure us due to ..... Only being able to insure 3 new homes per month? Uhhhhh... Just be honest with us please. Update: We were out in contact with someone else in a different branch and she was wonderful. She was a straight shooter, helped us get the right coverage, and even met us in person. Fantastic experience. 5/5 stars for 2nd attempt.

I'm a third generation TX Farm Bureau customer and this county has been amazing. The staff are always so helpful and want to get clients the coverage we need.

My wife and I foolishly drove around for almost 3 months with a terminated policy produced by this office in Round Rock. This happened on account of internal errors between my agent and Texas Farm and Bureau policy service department. Our policy was promptly reinstated. I understand human error but I was expecting my agent or Texas Farm Bureau to apologize for putting my family in financial risk. Luckily nothing happened during that period and all is well. His assistant was wonderful and helped me fix the problem. She was understanding and I wish I didn't have to write this review with a 1 star. She deserves a 5 star review but this issue is exclusively with my agent and Texas Farm and Bureau.

Go anywhere but here for insurance, especially if you are under the age of 21. They never answer my calls, they never return voice mails, and when I do get in the phone after 4-5 times of calling them they are rude and act like answering the phone is a bother. I’ve been trying to cancel my policy for 2 WEEKS and still have not gotten in touch with anyone.

Texas Farm Bureau is hands down the best insurance company in the area. The service and quality the agents provide is unmatched.
