As always, Ms. Janie, was extremely helpful. Her customer service is excellent and knowledge of Farmers Insurance policies available for her customer is extensive. I will highly recommend her Insurance Agency for all different types of Insurance coverage.

Janie literally has the patience of a Saint. She can deal with extremely difficult cases with class and professionalism. I am an extremely difficult person to deal with (no, seriously) and Janie is amazing. She can even put up with me. When I first signed up with Farmers a year ago from State Farm. She had explained to me that at the rates that State Farm had been charging me doubled of what she offered and I barely had any coverage. With Farmers she got me double the protection and a lower rate. She even explained how the insurance policy works. Which honestly I don't think anyone actually had ever done before. Seriously. Janie Morman has been the Ministry of Challenge insurance agent for many years. We have several policies with her and am satisfied with the service. We are an ever evolving business and constantly needing changes made to our policy and she complies with ease. She gives us that "warm fuzzy" which makes it very easy to communicate and do business with her. She also takes the time to call and let us of know of possible savings that apply to our business. Janie has been my agent for 14 years for my home policy. She is very responsive and does a yearly review to make sure my policies are up to date. I recently my auto policy as well. Got better coverage for less money. Thanks!
