Kanda Kropp - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with Kanda for my insurance over 10+ years. Let me say I think State Farm is great, but I remain loyal to Kanda due to her team and her. 1. I have over 5 vehicles, 2 life, and home policy with her. With all the vehicles I have, I check in and see what I can do about rates every year and as I look around I don't find better deals so I stay. 2. Ran into a bit of a pickle financially and called to cancel the life policies to save a bit of money so, I could pay a bill that came up quick, turns out I could pull against those and pay it back to myself. This means I kept the policy and paid the bill quickly. 3. The hail storm last year, vehicles were totaled, roof needed replacing. I recently had to upgrade my insurance. Alicia was incredibly patient and helpful. I’ve always had a great experience with Kanda Kropp and all of her staff. It’s wonderful to have a personal, long term relationship with these agents.

Alicia helped me with my car and home insurance when I moved from California to Texas. She was very thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. She would pick up my calls promptly and answer all my questions and Concerns. She worked with my California agent to make the transition very smooth. She is very professional and very responsive. I look forward to working with her many more years with my insurance needs.

Amazing service. Alicia went even further to help me connect with vendors relative to my collision claim as well as talk to the underwriter. I am a client of theirs now for 3 years and they were there to support me when I needed help the most. These ladies go out of their way to help. Denise and Kanda are fantastic as well and have helped me prior. It is easy for someone to sell you a policy but it certainly is hard to find such good service when things go south.
