Not sure why given many positive reviews but my own experience was deplorable. Contacted for autos and home. Several autos and a large home. Provided complete details on all aspects. Over ensuing few weeks never any updates had to keep calling to inquire. Became clear only means of communicating Mr Hughes preferred was email! Not my preference at this stage to build a possible relationship especially with a local agent that cannot claim to be too busy as whenever I did phone answered immediately. Finally he sent a home quote and no call. Enormously frustrating. Home quote details did not in any way reflect my home as provided to him nor even as provided on line. So quote irrelevant. No autos at all even though all specifics provided. Thus no bundling which he knows makes a big difference

Jason was very helpful getting me home coverage for my new house purchase and communicated well with my mortgage lender to ensure everything was taken care of. Also helped get me a great deal on my auto insurance. I will be using Jason again!
