He helped me insure a truck I inherited from my late father, and was able to get my husband a significantly better rate by having him switch over from Progressive. He took plenty of time to explain the ins and outs of the policies, and the benefits (hello, roadside assistance and rental car discounts)! He was very kind and informative. Don’t waste your time. Will not provide quote unless you agree to a 1-2 hour in home sales pitch for “all of your insurance needs.” This is the only insurance agent/insurance company that I’ve ever experienced this with.

Rachel wouldn’t even respond to emails or give a quote as I couldn’t provide current insurance on a new vehicle I don’t have insurance on. Rude and unprofessional.
