Mr. Rodriguez was very patient, extremely knowleged in the subjects conversed about, quite thorough in making sure I understood everything discussed, and extremely kind. Pleasant experience and glad to be covered under Farmers Insurance.

I give this company a 1000/10 the staff here is amazing!! I personally got the pleasure of starting my policy with Jose Rodriguez. Let me just tell you he is amazing, professional, understanding and willing to go above and beyond for his clients. He personally keeps in touch with me for every update or if I have a question he will respond in a timely manner. I also had a claim for hail repair on my vehicle and the process was really smooth. All I did was get a quote and the repair company and insurance company spoke I did absolutely nothing and everything went smoothly not one problem about getting my vehicle fixed. Overall I would recommend anyone to this insurance company especially speaking with Jose.

I've been with Farmers Insurance- Jose Rodriquiz for over a year now, Had my first accident non fault and I can completely say I've been taken care of since day one, from rentals car repairs you name it. I'm so very thankful to have farmers Insurance for my insurance.

I'm 60 years old. I've been with most Auto Insurance companies at one time or another. They all say they care about you. THEY DON'T!!! But at Farmers Insurance, and especially my Agent Jose Rodriguez they do! Jose listens to my concerns. He is very patient and addresses all my questions in a manner I understand. He informs me of all my options and is good with my decisions. No pressure to add something I'm not comfortable with. RESPECT. Integrity is lost most places you look nowadays but not with Jose. He is always straight and honest with you. Jose has always returned my calls within an hour except 1 time and then it was before 24 hours had expired. Heck! Jose has even called just to check on me. I highly recommend everybody to go see Jose Rodriguez at Farmers Insurance. He will make you
