I worked with Grant Horton from Armour and he was great!! He helped me navigate the insurance process. I had some difficult questions that required him to make a few phone calls and he answered all questions and made the calls for me. He helped save me money that I did not even knew I could get. Grant was helpful and very polite! I would be more than happy to do service with them again.

Not very good service. I received their brochure in the mail and called them. I spoke to one of their staff members, Sean Summerhill. He was nice on the phone and told me that he was going to mail and e-mail me information. I heard nothing. I was interested in Medicare supplement for me (coming up on 65) and individual insurance for my wife (59). After I did not receive anything for 2 weeks I called again and asked to speak to Sean. He was very nice again and explained that my wife probably had a better deal with her current insurance. However, he stated that he was going to e-mail me information again for my medicare supplement. Weeks have gone by again and I haven't seen or heard a word. I am not going to call their office for a third time. These people are probably spending fortunes
