The five years I have spent working with Ted have been nothing less than phenomenal. Ted is very communicative and responsive. He really works hard to make sure you have all of your needs met. His staff is friendly and accommodating, and I have never had reason to regret working with this company. The pricing is very comparable, and he takes the time to educate you about different options -- there's nothing worse than not understanding what you're buying, and Ted makes sure you do understand.

Cannot believe all the help we received today from Ted about an insurance claim that has been on going since January 5, 2024. Seems our adjustor from Allstate is no longer with this company. We always left a msg but no return call. We have a claim number and policy number that Ted gave to us. We finally accomplished something. Pmts were to be sent out in April 2024..nothing. Thank you Ted. You are in "Good Hands with Allstate" with this agency.

We have been with Ted for seven years now and we have been very happy with his services and what Allstate can offer. The online accessibility makes things extremely easy to navigate and understand. We have made several changes with our Auto policies EVERY year since we have been with Ted and he has been very quick to respond, always willing to chat on the phone, email is easy, too. I have been impressed with the care and time he takes with us and always willing to go the extra mile for us. I love the personal service this place provides. We started using them almost 10 years ago and even when he moved out of the area still keep them as our place to insure our house, our cars, and our camper.
