We have been working with Elissa Edmond's office for over 20 years! The staff is amazing, we just email any changes and Janelle always takes great care of us. In the very rare event that we've needed to file a claim, they are fast, efficient, and great at communicating updates. We've moved out of state and continue to use them because of the great service. We always feel secure knowing we are insured through State Farm and in good hands with Elissa Edmond's team, especially Janelle Swanson who takes such good care of us!

We have worked with Elissa and her team for over 10 years and they have always been so easy to work with. We love the whole team and Janelle and Elissa have worked through just about every major life change with us (from going to college and establishing renters insurance, getting off our parents car insurance, buying our first and second homes, and more cars than I care to admit.) A few years ago I was in a car accident and submitted a claim late at night online and by 8 am the next morning Janelle was calling to see if I was ok and how could she help. They are the best!!

I just recently moved to the area--literally August 1st--and about ten days after living in Moscow I experienced my one and only car accident with the only car I've ever owned for the past 15 years. I called Elissa right from my totaled vehicle when I had been able to pull over safely to the shoulder. Elissa was so kind, patience, and transparent in helping me through the process of filing the claim, making sure I received my compensation speedily, encouraged me to use my insurance support to be able to go to urgent care and make sure I hadn't suffered any worse bodily injuries. I was able to sit with her in the office while we filed everything together, which made me feel in control in ways that unsurprisingly a car accident can make you feel out of control.
