Ryan helped me get squared away with my roofing insurance policy after I got frustrated with my DIY efforts at getting insured online. The guy was professional, and helped me pick the right coverage for the price I was aiming at. He seems to be a great listener.

Leaving this insurance company after almost 10 years due to one reason and one reason only, Kathy Hansen. She has been the most rudest inconsiderate inpatient most uniforming employee I have ever came across. I have multiple recordings of her laughing at me and my husband due to simple questions. She refuses to help, she makes you do all the work (her job) and is zero help. I have called and reported her and sent over the recordings as well. Thank you Ashley for cancelling my insurance. If you go through this company STAY AWAY from KATHY HANSON!!!

Worst insurance possible! I never had to call until I needed roadside assistance. Automated system was a nightmare. Agent Ryan unresponsive and apathetic. Had to pay out of pocket because of their bad bookkeeping and mistakes. I went with farm bureau because I wanted to support local businesses. Paid policy for 15 years. The 1 time I needed them they were no where to be found. Complete scam. All their $ most go to marketing because they sure don’t help their hard working loyal customers.

Have worked with Farm Bureau for over 20 years. It has been a great experience for my family. It was recommended to us by my father in law back then and I will be passing the recommendation on to my kids as they are now grown adults.

Great place to buy insurance! My agent Chip Quade is the best! The ladies at the front desk are always friendly, and helpful.
