In the spring of 2017, I used them to get insurance for running my own business, and getting set up was pleasant enough. In the summer of 2017 I moved, and I asked them to change my mailing address. They continued to send mail to my old address, which was still forwarded to me for the next several months. Within this period I asked them to change my mailing address again, and apparently they again failed to do so.
