AMAZING company to work with. I have been with TATUM insurance for almost 8 years and no complaints here. John always finds me the best rates to save money and gives me the best service. Love his whole team who are always there to answer calls and questions. John Austin Tatum is very patient and always looks out for his clients to make sure they are satisfied. Couldn’t recommend this company enough.

I called and spoke with Miranda. She was amazing!! She walked me through all my options and answered all my silly questions,and she never made me feel dumb for asking. I would recommend her and tatum to all my friends and family.

I have had Tatum insurance for years and recommended so many people. But after recently selling my house and needing to cancel, I was redirected to Allstate who then redirected back to Tatum and was bounced back and forth, finally Ashley told me they would work on getting it cancelled. Thankfully it was cancelled somehow because no one was able to view the policy, cut the middle man out and just go straight to the insurance company. I never got a call that my policy was actually cancelled and when I did call about the refund check, it’s being sent to the house I just sold, I was advised to call the post office to somehow FIND the refund check and get it forwarded to my new address. Can’t imagine how a claim would’ve been handled I had one.

What an AMAZING experience I just had with Tatum Insurance Agency! John is a miracle worker and just saved me SO much money on my auto and homeowner policy. I can’t thank him enough! Please go through John if you are looking for new insurance, you won’t regret it!

I have read the two most recent negative reviews and they can’t be FURTHER from the truth. You can contact Tatum insurance anytime and they answer. I’ve had them for YEARS. They don’t ignore you or hide from you. False false false. Also, when you take out any insurance policies, it is YOUR responsibility to go over all of the coverages and go through the fine print of what it covers. That is not someone else’s job. They simply guide you through the process. They don’t know exactly what you need! Only YOU know that! Now, with that being said, we signed up for Clearcover insurance two years ago, and here is my experience! I totaled my car on April 23, 2024. We were insured through Clearcover that Tatum Insurance Agency signed us up for 2 years ago. Clearcover is amazing car insurance!!! You
