CBS Insurance LLP

Came to purchase a commercial policy. Closed for lunch so I waited till after 1 before showing up.Front door locked. Notice on the door said theres a new policy to keep doors locked and to call 1 of 2 numbers on the door. Weird...but ok. After calling several times I finally got someone. She was at lunch and would be here shortly. I wait another 30 mins and finally call back. She said someone opened the door and didnt see me so they closed the door. I was parked directly in front of the door in a commercial wrapped businews van. She said she's not really selling the line of insurance I needed unless I was a past or current client of the company and recommended another company in town! Well I can definitely say I wont be a client of theirs for future business nor can I recommend them to ot

I interact with the CBS staff several times per week. They are always willing to help, quick to respond and very knowledgeable and professional. One of the many things I like is when they are not sure of an answer they will let me know upfront and then they proceed to find the answer - usually very quickly. The CBS employees make any interaction an enjoyable experience. I do not hesitate to call on them for assistance!

Everyone that I've dealt with at CBS Insurance has been friendly & professional. Whenever I had a question, they would always give me a prompt & accurate response. About the time that I realized that my homeowner or auto insurance was coming up for renewal, I'd be getting an email from their office telling me that they've already evaluated my policy and have included price quotes. I highly recommend CBS.
