David Ballard - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been dealing with Debbie at David Ballard office for 15 years. I have never had anything but good experiences. Quick response of claim or questions about my policies. Everyone says go somewhere cheaper. Never my service is too good and my policies are better than most. Thanks for all of your help. Through death through poor through doing much better y'all are always there!!

I have been with David Ballard for a little over 35 years. Debbie U. has always been so competent and helpful! I now consider her a good friend. David is so giving and kind. He actually went up a 10' ladder at my house (after an ice storm) wearing a suit and dress shoes! I use them for my homeowner's insurance, auto insurance and have used them for renter's insurance. Besides providing great insurance, they also offer wonderful advice when it comes to anything insurance. I haven't lived in Abilene for a long time, but I kept my insurance agent. Everyone are just great!!!

I began my account with Ballard insurance in Fall 1980. Originally I signed up with Manly Ballard, but when he retired my account went to David Ballard. I have consistently carried insurance with them for these 45 years - sometimes car, sometimes house, sometimes both. I had a few claims and State Farm has always done right by me. I’ve called upon David for advice a few times. Obviously they are a preferred and trusted agency to me.

David & his staff have always been very responsive, professional, able to make quick adjustments, answer my questions & take immediate action on my claims. Debra Valdez is my representative there and I cannot say enough good things about her! Always pleasant and ready to take care of whatever issue it is I reach out to her for. If she says she has you covered or that the issue is taken care of, you can count on it being done and done right. I would highly recommend David Ballard and his great Team for any or all of your insurance needs.

Jessica at David Ballard’s office provided excellent service and checked back with us many times and offered help during the entire process. She helped with filing a claim, advised on the repair process and called several times to check to be sure there were no problems with the repair and called to confirm the repairs were correctly performed. She provided the best service to help us thru this process. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable insurance.
