She is one of the greatest people you could ever meet. My sister and I both absolutely LOVE her. She literally is like family. We can depend on her for anything. If she doesn't know the answer to your question, which she usually does, she will research it and get back to you quickly. I highly recommend you give her company a try. You won't regret it.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this agency, especially from my agent, Tammy. For years, important alerts about my policy were being sent to her instead of to me, and I only discovered this when I unexpectedly received a letter in the mail stating that my insurance would be terminated if certain documents weren’t submitted by a specific date. I reached out immediately, and Tammy assured me the issue would be resolved before my policy expired. Instead, I spent the next month repeatedly reaching out just to get basic updates because my messages were not returned. After a lot of back-and-forth, my insurance still lapsed — exactly what I was told would NOT happen. Because of this negligence, I’ve been forced to pay out of pocket for my therapy for over a month.
