Dominguez Insurance

Im not one to rate or say anything but when it comes to this insurance co that doesn't care for their clients it upsets me & i understand that there is rules laws etc & the thing is I've been with this insurance for 10 or so yrs lets just say since they opened ! The owner is polite & the young ladies he has as his customer service ladies are rude & not professional do NOT care to help would rather not give you a quote because they dont wanna do all the computer work with that being said i called because i wanted to give them info ahead of time so they would be prepared and they refused to take notes & i only wanted to make their job a bit easier ahead of time ! Nooooo i didn't ask them to do the Change at the moment right then & there i just wanted to give them a heads up to make it easier

Yajaira is literally the BEST! She was veryyyy patient w/ me & worked with me as much as she could! If you need some reasonable insurance, go to Dominguez & ask for Ms. Yajaira!

Dominguez insurance gave me the best quot, and the lady's are nice and help me so, much good price they were very professional I was in and out. I recommend DOMINGUEZ INSURANCE!
