Caleb does a great job! I’ve been with Shelter many years and been very happy with their services. Caleb handles all my questions really quickly and even comes in person if needed. He is only an email or text away anytime I need him. I’ve had a couple of claims lately and they have been handled very well. I would highly recommend Caleb.

Caleb and Sarah are the most understanding people that I talked to when it comes to my auto insurance.
