I can't remember the guys name and I feel bad for that because he's awesome but I was bad with names since I was little anyway he needs a raise whoever he is so if anyone important is reading this message they need to find out who is my agent and give that man a raise and a promotion!

Idk I guess I must've interrupted their lil boys club meeting/pow wow time or something. I walk into office today to review my policy and not only was I not greeted upon walking in, they DID NOT EVEN LOOK UP to acknowledge me. 1 agent is on the computer, ok I can understand that..but at least let me know 'hey sir how you doing I'll be right with you". Nope, nothing. The other guy literally has his feet kicked up stretched across about 3 chairs, on his cell phone like he about to order Chinese or something. I can't even make this up. I stood there a few minutes before realizing they couldn't care less about my presence let alone the nature of my visit. I just walked out. Never experienced that before EVER walking into an insurance office, bank or any setting similar. Will never go back. I u
