Sutton Title was good during the process of handling the closing of escrow, unfortunately the post-closing is horrible. Closed in January, deed recorded in October, policy? Never received. Here's the worst part, everyone can make a mistake, but ANSWER the phone! Answer the 20 emails! Return a call! I guess that once they get paid, clients are nothing afterwards. I'm giving them 5 days, if we don't get the title policy for a closing 10 months ago, we're filling a complaint.

Closed on my home in 2014. Randomly I got a letter from Michelle Moskowitz at Sutton Alliance, saying they have over $3,000 sitting in escrow from the purchase of my home in 2014. The letter stated very clearly that I had 30 days to sign the paper and get my funds, or they would be released to the state. Not knowing if this letter was legitimate, or an elaborate phishing scam, considering I bought my home 5 years ago, I didn't want to sign the paper and send it right in without confirming it was real first. So I called the numbers on the letter and left messages for Michelle everyday for a week. After getting no response, I stopped at their office which is in the same town I live in.
