A hidden gem! I don’t write reviews often but SRS Insurance, really deserves one. I found out about them through a friend that heard me complaining how State Farm ( my insurance at that moment), was raising my rate $200 every period, despite me having an excellent record, no points on my license, no accidents! She mentioned how great SRS was because they go through different companies to get you the best price and a reliable company that can be there for you when the moment comes. I decided to give them a shot and until this moment 6 years later, I regret not coming to Eddie, any sooner! First of all, they shop around for the best deal, lifting those stressful, long calls off your shoulders and the “guesstimates” online quotes. My family and I have worked with SRS Brokerage for more than 20 years. The agents are responsive to our requests and explain in details the "whys" and "how come" questions. If you are looking for a reliable insurance broker who looks out for your best interest, I highly recommend them.

Worst agency ever. First, they made a mistake with my application. Second, when I ask for a help to correct an error and also to make sure the remaining information was appropriate, they refer me to someone else. Third, when I decided not to proceed with them they refused to refund me the agency fee-$50. They never told me that the fee is not refundable and I’ve never signed a policy with them. The owner is very rude and not willing to cooperate at all. Very disappointed.

Bring your money elsewhere. These people are super shady & like to avoid you when they owe you money. I’ve been waiting for a check for over 3 months. These people do not take business nor customer service seriously. It even took them 3+ months to file 1 form and delayed my DOT Authority months!! So many other issues. To think I can bring business to my local brokerage… NOPE!
