Agent Joseph was really helpful and patient with my car insurance needs. Also Guillermo is always very helpful with my families needs and very patient with us.

I do not recommend BLS Insurance or working with the owner, Guillermo. Once your policy is bound, good luck getting in touch—he becomes completely unavailable to existing clients. When I had a serious issue (a fire-related claim), I received absolutely no support from him or his office. To make matters worse, I later found out that the policy he bound did not even cover me for what I thought it did. When I tried to address this, there was no accountability whatsoever. On top of that, I found the company to be rude and dismissive when I did manage to get a response. It's also worth noting that many of the 5-star Google reviews seem suspicious and appear to be posted by the owner himself—most are from users with only one review ever posted, which raises questions about their authenticity.

Guillermo was extremely helpful throughout this whole process. I was looking to save some money on my policy and he was able to find me a better deal with the same coverages. He made it so easy to switch my policy and addressed any questions or concerns I had. He is extremely knowledgeable in this field and I highly recommend him and his company.

Guillermo the owner went above and beyond for us. He got us accepted with Travelers which is the best insurance company out there right now. They are one of the only companies we found that would ensure our new Tesla and our yacht as well. He even got us better prices on our homeowners insurance and an umbrella policy as well. We feel very well insured and he made the process of canceling our previous insurance easy as he did it for us.

BLS Nielsen did an excellent job helping me get the best possible price. Juan was super helpful and thorough in helping me secure my savings. Highly recommend 5/5
