Susan C Musella Polizzi: Allstate Insurance

I have called this office 3xs left messages & have yet to get a callback! First message was on 10/30/25 . No reply Called 3more times with no call back

I spoke with Susan and she helped guide me through a revised home owners policy for our co-op.

This office has given me the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. They failed to notify the DMV of the insurance policy I paid in full with them for months. They failed to email me multiple notices which resulted in charges to my account that I was not aware of. They also attempted to raise my policy almost 30% after continuously failing to do their jobs. As a result of this, I moved to another insurance company and cancelled my policy with them. They still charged my account for the renewal that I cancelled because they do not check their emails. I would not recommend this office or Allstate in general after the experience I had with Susan and her associates. It has been extremely frustrating and disappointing to work with them.

When I deal with your company the staff makes me feel very important. They are truly experts in the worlds of insurance. Anytime that I call the office I get a answer to my questions. I have always had a positive feeling with your company. I would 100% recommend your agency (and have) to anyone looking for all their insurance needs.

Lets start by Saying that Susan C Musella Polizzi is the BEST. She provided with the best customer service experience i received from dealing with an insurance agent. She gave me a marvelous experience. If you get the chance to READ this Dont waste time and give her a call, she will help you
